I’ve spent a lot of time developing relationships across the coffee supply chain, from origin to cafe: setting up direct trade relationships with producers, roasting coffee for production, training baristas in cafes throughout So Cal. Coffee has taken me all over the world and introduced me to such an interesting community of obsessed, flavor-seeking fanatics.
